Shelley is a librarian by trade, a fly-fisher by choice, and a music-lover by serendipity. As the former Director of Bayfield’s Pine River Library, she was encouraged by the community to start up Pine River Arts (PRA) to bring music and enjoyment to the Pine River Valley. In addition to serving on the Pine River Arts Board, she is also a board member of the San Juan Symphony.

Over the last five years PRA has existed, the concerts have helped to create a real sense of belonging in our community. Pine River Arts’s mission is to continue to offer music that serves as a universal language that reaches everyone.
