  • Camp times: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Students must register and pay for this class ($100) at the Pine River Library on or before July 15.
  • Eight registered students required for class to proceed.

This camp, offered in partnership between Stillwater Music and Pine River Arts, is for upper elementary through middle school students ages 10-14 (grades 4-8). We will focus on singing unaccompanied rounds, simple melodies, two part harmonies and partner songs. We will also concentrate on beginning vocal technique and solfege.

Participation requires that students be able to sing independently, in tune, and to sing melodic lines by ear. The camp will end with a performance for friends and family.

This camp, is a partnership between Stillwater Music and Pine River Arts and offers a group ukulele experience to kids ages 7-12 (grades 2-6) with a range of experience and abilities. For beginning to intermediate players, students will receive instruction that includes learning a series of major and minor chords, strumming patterns, basic vocal skills and basic finger picking technique. Students may bring their own quality instrument or they may check one out in advance from Pine River Public Library.
