The Martin Gilmore Trio (MG3) is an Americana and country music group from Denver, Colorado. Comprised of Martin Gilmore, Nick Amodeo, and Ian Haegele, their sound centers around American roots styles (bluegrass, folk, blues) and honky-tonk country music. The trio’s broad repertoire includes traditional and original music mostly penned by Gilmore as well as covers of modern music. They have toured all over the United States and Ireland and released their self-titled record in January of 2021. Martin has shared the stage with members of Hot Rize, Uncle Earl, The Infamous Stringdusters, The Nashville Bluegrass Band and many more. In August of 2017 he opened two shows for Stephen Stills and Judy Collins.
